Sara Keith Capps, M.S. Ed.S joined AGAPE in 2021. She earned both her Master of Science and Educational Specialist degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Harding University. She is currently working toward licensure as an LPC-MHSP in Tennessee. Sara Keith works to create a warm, safe environment for clients of all different backgrounds, beliefs, and cultures to explore, learn, and grow towards their goals. She often utilizes a client-directed approach to counseling in practicing existential-humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapies. Sara Keith has experience working with adults as well as children, adolescents, and families with a variety of concerns including depressive, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and trauma and stress related disorders. She also enjoys working alongside clients on life-coping skills such as career exploration, stress and time management, faith issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, and relational issues. Sara Keith sees clients at the main office in Nashville.
