Suzanne Blackwood, MS, LPC/MHSP, joined AGAPE in 2020. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider. She earned her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Tennessee State University. Suzanne provides individual, marriage and family counseling. She works with adults, adolescents and children on a variety of issues, ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma and grief to substance abuse, codependency and anger. She begins with a client-centered approach and incorporates other counseling theories as needed, with an aim of helping clients reach their full potential. Suzanne also speaks Spanish and enjoys working with the local immigrant community. She works at the Woodbury office.
